If you have an ant or spider treatment done, we will treat all skirting areas where necessary, in the roof cavity and under house were access can be gained. Externally we treat all window and door frames, eaves, garden beds, pathways, fence line, garages and sheds, any other outbuildings including the kids cubby. All homes are treated on an individual basis.
We use the safest formulations available to us at the time of treatment. The formulations used are likened to the toxicity of table salt and has no odour. We still ask customers to vacate the premises to allow it to dry. This can be faster in summer than in winter. On average this is about 1 hour.
No, the formulations can be used safely in your home as we use the same formulations in child care centres, nursing homes and hospitals.
If you are having a general pest treatment done the period you need to leave for is about 1 hour. If you are having rodent treatment done you do not need to leave.
Pets, especially dogs should be removed for about 1 hour or until the formulation are dry. Same as for birds in cages . If you have a cat they will leave on their own accord. Fish tanks and bird cages should be covered with a sheet or towel.
This is highly dependent on the size of the property being treated, but usually a general pest treatment may take an hour to one and half hours with a rodent treatment taking about 45 minutes. A more specific time can be provided upon making a booking.
Depending on what type of pest problem you are having, it can take anywhere from immediately to two weeks. This is regarded as a control period, and will be clarified at the time of your booking.
If you are having a rodent treatment, you do not need to prepare anything. If you are having a general pest treatment you should put all food items away, including cookware, crockery and cutlery. Externally, all clothes should be removed from the clothesline, all windows closed and pet bowls turned over. The technician will advise if there are any other requirements on the day.
If the weather is not permitting on the day of the treatment, you will receive a phone call from our office before the scheduled appointment time and the treatment will be rescheduled.

We recommend that you have your home treated for ants and spiders every 12 months in order to keep your property safe. Some customers choose to have a treatment every 6 months to ensure complete protection.
Our experienced technician will inspect your entire home and exterior for termites. On average an inspection will take 1-2 hours, and the technician will complete a report on all of his findings. You will receive it either by email or post.

Firstly keep all children and pets away. Do not block hole where the bees or wasps are entering and do not try and treat yourself. Call us as we treat these as an urgent job.
No. But if you have a problem with either bees or wasps we do our utmost to get to you on the same day.
Reason for not same day service is as we usually are booked with our regular clients in advance for at least a day ahead.
No. We place baits in the areas where the children or pets would not normally have access.
